All content on this Site, including but not limited to images of art work, text, graphics, logos, and the art work itself, is the exclusive property of Jeremy Rogers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Purchasing an original painting or print does not transfer the copyright, reproduction rights, or intellectual property rights to the buyer. We retain all rights to reproduce the art work in any form.
 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use images of the art work for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price of the art work does not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
 

We accept all major credit cards. Your order will not be processed or shipped until full payment has cleared.
 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your new artwork. Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not accept general returns or offer refunds. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darros Arthaus and Jeremy Rogers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Site or the purchase of art work. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the art work in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Art work Depiction and Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of the art work as accurately as possible.

However, due to the nature of digital displays and the handmade quality of fine art, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will perfectly reflect the actual art work. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping and Risk
of Loss

We will carefully package and ship the art work to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
 

The risk of loss and title for the art work are passed to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value original paintings.
 

For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems.

Governing Law

​These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas.
